又到了星期五夜跑lsd的日子,前幾天約了忠正、早上約了建智,結果臨時他們都不能來,只有我認命的要「風雨無阻」挑戰月400K,即使要去跑屋簷下,也要撐完三小時。
還好起跑時雨停了,涼爽的風吹來,彷彿預告著炎熱的夏天終於要結束了。這種天氣即使跑五分速都不覺得累,不過我還是耐著性子以六分速前進。今天高標30K超過上次,低標25K破月線,其實都不簡單,可不能有什麼意外。
這兩天工作又開始忙了,心情其實起伏很大,沒辦法太專注於訓練。想著關家良一、川內優輝也都有全職的工作和家庭,還能練成世界頂尖的水準,真是很佩服。以我現在的程度,也沒跑出什麼名堂來,值得向人說嘴的。不過雖然認真練跑才一年多,我倒是一直對跑步有興趣,希望也能有恆心繼續跑下去。將來讓別人記得我的,不只是我的工作,我的事工,也是一個「跑者」~
來的路上去全聯買生活運動飲料,現在買一送一真划算,而且很甜很好喝,只是不知道有沒有塑化劑喔~原本計畫半小時左右喝一次,後來37圈時忠正哥來探班,他說白天跑過了,穿著拖鞋來,就陪我走了幾圈。關於12小時要如何配速,我一直很困擾,他說前面也不必特別放慢,大約每小時9K,五小時45K,十小時80k,就可以挑戰95K了。嗯,聽起來確實有機會,只是現在都還是想像,我還要克服途中進食消化、及想睡的問題啊~
邊跑邊在心裡算里程,第五道大約每七圈有3K,滿方便的。跑到56圈累積24K之後又下雨了,而且不小,看台上的棚子發出沙沙的聲響,不久大燈也熄了,原本還算熱鬧的操場很快變得空蕩蕩。那我還要跑嗎?沒想太多,反正還有體力,到63圈時再喝口水,戴上帽子,很壯烈的走回第五跑道。也許淋雨也是一種訓練的機會吧,誰知道比賽時會有什麼天氣呢?只是有點遺憾自己還是沒勇氣脫掉鞋子,今天只想保險的達標。
跑完70圈,30K,雨也早就停了。操場旁剩下幾個深夜遊蕩的青少年。坐下來喝水時聞到自己真的很臭,如果回去的路上遇到酒駕臨檢,應該會抓我吧~
