晨跑,老媽昨天跑走16K,老婆騎訓練台15K。雖然昨天23:30睡,早上05:25醒的很自然。開跑腳還是漲,肚子也漲還咕嚕咕嚕(昨天的火龍果+綠豆湯).....確認好解放點而且有衛生紙,不至於發生皇居哥&北大光的狀況後,就跑吧!跑到喘氣壓過脹氣,腳酸蓋過腳漲。自覺長跑有個特質,不管狀況如何,挑戰多大,一直堅持著前進,就對了!除了勇往直前,其他的就先暫時忍耐吧~回到家,一瀉千里,暢快無比!!
