上週去學弟診所請他檢查後發現左肩旋轉肌有三條撕裂傷,後關節囊也受損,左肘及手腕應該韌帶也有傷到,左側腰方肌也有受傷,決定先處理左肩。星期一下午去他診所針對左肩打了3支份量的PRP共6個位置,左下背則打了其他成分。打完當下因有加麻醉藥感覺好很多,但晚上開始痠痛無力感就像剛受傷時一樣非常不舒服,吃藥也沒用,睡覺最辛苦半夜都痠到醒過來,抬一下震動一下都痛,好不容易熬到週六感覺有好一點,決定週日早上起來跑,目標25K,即使跑跑走走也要把它完成,否則芝加哥馬可能會很難跑完。
一早起床先吃兩種止痛藥再塗上藥膏,然後自己去凹子底小公園繞圈,一開始左肩還是痠痛,盡量減少左肩的晃動,但跑姿就偏了,5K之後小腿開始痠,20圈約12K之後腰開始痠,只能放慢速度,此時諾壯的吳大哥也來跑,他目標也是25K,陪我慢慢跑,就跟他邊跑邊聊天,跑到30圈後腰更痠了,只好再放慢速度,最後在吳大哥陪跑下完成26K,再趕去美術館找山禾拿國旗及和跑友聊天。
