幾天下雨沒出門運動,這情況下我知道一開始跑可能會跑得比預期還快,回程時就會氣力用盡。
果然如劇本所演,回程兩小腿感覺很緊繃,加上忘記帶紙鈔,只有一枚五十元,在十公里補小瓶水,半馬後一小瓶運動飲料...然後我看著香蕉望眼欲穿卻不夠錢買,出超商後緊繃的小腿有準備要抽筋的感覺,左腳抬的吃力一直磨地板,在兩腿快爆掉前總算回到家。
這樣才三十公里,全馬就像高聳的牆一般。
