中山橋 彩虹橋(鸕鶿) 22k
經中山橋往彩虹橋大約五分內的配速前進,再快會覺得喘。在民權大橋附近,終於看到今年的鸕鶿(感覺有二大族群),基隆河裡的烏魚感覺沒有以往多,不知鸕鶿們食物夠不夠?彩虹橋折返後,順風段配速有再稍快一些些跑回~
