方玥特地請假約我練lds,正好下午有空,有人陪當然好。天氣涼爽微風,比前兩週舒服,速度也就不客氣從五分半起跳。原來玥沒跑過全馬,反倒有超馬,很久沒跑長距離了,不過今天看不出來,一路都跟的很輕鬆阿~
繞完一圈13k,他說第二圈繞大一點就可以跑完了。想想有道理,先繞到利吉橋頭,本來還想進活水湖,可惜回程天就黑了,改再馬亨亨一段。沒預期的第三趟,跑起來特別沒勁,還好大口喘氣撐完。跑完身體也乾了,秋天真好。
