整夜風雨,白天太陽出來烤最後竟然又下雨!
還好副韌帶沒有出來湊熱鬧,太感謝!
第二度殘念,距離關門時間我還有兩趟(40公里),雖然時間上絕對夠我再來一趟,但是燒檔逐漸嚴重,所以選擇來日再戰!賽後沒有失溫,第二日可以正常活動,足證我的做法是對的!
過程中還是有收穫的,雖然到60公里都還是在我規劃的區間內,但是後段掉速太快過多,未來將藉由提高跑量來改善長距離耐力不足的問題,囿於赤足無法提高跑量及下坡無法保持正常跑姿,參考好朋友的建議,調整策略的做法是穿上鞋子!所以未來不會在18^3再看到我赤足了!不要再嚇人了!
