今天來實現一直想跑的柴山,雖然是想用跑去回,但距離有點遠不知能否達到,先出發再說再隨時看變化吧!
初期平順觀山觀海地到管制哨回頭,遇到趴哥打了招呼,到中山全家小休補給一下,過23K後左大腿開始出現抽筋狀況,看來肌耐尚不足,也忘了要帶鹽出門,此時饑餓感也出現,此時感覺到還跑得下去但腳舉不起來,只能慢慢地走跑交替直到進小7補給早餐,才有體力繼續完成行程.
