| 前幾年去幾次騎車和健走都沒完成,這次自助超馬舉辦所以馬上報下去為了怕無法完成一直去柴山練習,今天路線54K,前30K從枋寮車站出發,沿途就是跑走模式爬1500公尺,沿途風景優美,不過風大,到了浸水營入口約4小時30,主辦單位補給超好,吃飽喝足後30-44開始林道越野跑,出了浸水營,看到一片河床,最後44-50K跑河床,這時天空開始下雨,只好邊跑邊潦K,潦K後,剩下5k,還要跑上山去大武車站,以8小時28分完成,開始高強肚之旅 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~157 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 157~162 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 162~172 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 172~177 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為177 點此去設定最大心率 |
