萬金石馬拉松,台灣的IAAF銅牌賽事,號稱最佳破PB的高速賽道,每年都吸引上萬人參加,今年很高興可以二度抽中,去年腿傷棄賽,今天終於復仇成功。
一早在細雨中起跑,定7分速前進,15K以後體力明顯衰退勉強維持8分速,撐到了折返點後開心的照相,回程是大逆風,更加考驗體力。此時5小時列車開了過來,跟在後面破風,不過只跟了3K就降速了,哈哈,沒力了!後面用跑走的方式消耗里程,最後5小時20分完賽。
這場目標希望可以破PB,沒想到體力不濟連保5都沒辦法,雖然大、小腿肌腱會抽痛,不過沒有大礙,跑姿經過調整後,下腳輕了很多,這是收穫最多的地方。
