本來想去健身房,結果車子留在保養廠,會員證留在車上,就算了到旁邊跑操場。算是下週要跑繞圈賽的準備。天氣依然陰涼,後來甚至飄雨了,無妨戴上帽子繼續跑。真是珍惜到三月底了還有這樣的溫度,想到夏天又要揮汗曝曬,現在能跑就盡量跑吧。
