2. 25K後腳痠到好像不是自己的,只能一路跑跑走走硬撐到終點
3. 最大的感想是我目前的肌力不足以支撐整場馬拉松,要想辦法加強

太平山比我想像中的要硬多了, 原本以為總爬升大概200-250 結果是將近3倍的爬升!
