今天的狀況還不錯,順順跑以不喘為原則
原本計畫跑8圈32K,每兩圈補給一次
四圈後有些「便意」,忍一下就縮回去了
但跑完第7圈就沒那麼幸運了,快要噴出來了
只好趕回收捨東西衝回家,還好還來的及
雖然32K又失敗了,但這次不是鐵腿或腳底痛
而且速度沒有掉下來,所以算是非戰之罪
只好下星期再來一次做為冬山河50K的最後一次LSD
