早晨自主山路LSD長距離,後山>澄山>168>二寮>岡林>道院>豆花,加加碼路線跑到不要不要的,剛開始跑天氣涼爽舒適,後來太陽漸漸出來就有點熱了,跑到27k山路提早撞牆側腹有點筋攣,停下來走一下稍微好了繼續跑。
