通勤跑步回家
跑步感覺腿力恢復的很好,步伐輕鬆,但心肺好像有點追不到,所以先來個跑九百走一百好了,然後,.....,就一路跑九百走一百到秀朗橋頭,本來非河濱路段打算用走的緩和,可是怎麼紅綠燈都剛好綠快變紅,只好一直用跑的~~頂多跑慢一點。
跑的時候看了幾次手錶,配速大概 5:40~5:50 不等。
對了,Y 拖第一次跑超過半馬距離,喔耶!耶!(上次最遠跑14公里)
