今早睡飽吃飽後,臨時起意,
決定自主超半馬訓練,
從家裡出發跑到西螺~
準備好立即出發,一路輕鬆慢慢跑,
一邊跑,一邊玩,一邊拍照!
昨天下午和學校老師到花博公園做環境教育研習,
結束後,跑去捐血,很想試試看捐500cc,
但,我沒達標準,一樣還是只能捐250cc,
不過沒關係,好在人多有排隊到!!
