又到了間歇跑自虐的日子,昨天才跑過快的,今天其實腳有點沒力,可是明天晚上要值班,今天還是得把握機會來跑啊。前幾趟都使不上力,甚至姿勢都有點鬆掉了。成績也都很差,每圈幾乎要2分鐘。彌補的措施是縮短休息那圈的時間,大概只有半圈用走的,心跳平靜下來就好。
後來漸漸沒那麼痛苦了,本來還安慰自己跑五趟就好,漸漸拉長到七趟,發現都還跑的動就再跑下去,最後竟然不知不覺就跑完10趟了。成績不怎麼好看但也算是有突破了。
