基本訓練
購入準備用來比賽用的rider 17,不錯穿
rider 15 退役當成訓練鞋,
夏天慢跑體力流失真不是蓋的,
不想帶太多水在身上的話,操場真是個好地方,
買個2000cc的放在操場隨時可補給,
最近熱到炸,是該為星光馬想想對策,
不然跑到15k就感到疲勞的話,到時一定死的很難看
加上夏天汗流的像掉到水裡一樣,開始有燒檔的跡象,
里程超過半馬的距離,一定要擦凡士林,
不然可能要買壓縮褲了(錢坑)
