桃園jerryho 全馬要攻兩個山頭,第二次的爬坡沒有帶煎匙出門,左大腿有快抽筋的感覺,只好26-31K走很大,緩解抽筋的現象,等到下坡再補回一點時間但也不敢硬衝。
