一整天結結實實的大太陽,一片雲都沒有。軟弱的我還是等天黑之後才敢出去跑,說要耐熱訓練的目標,也許等比賽時不得不曬再來進行吧。
今天讀到一篇關於乳酸閥值的文章,學到乳酸堆積的相關概念,算是比較了解到為何有時候會跑到後面沒力。不過要控制身體狀況還是一門大學問。最近都跑不快,今天也不打算躁進,以累積里程為主。原本拿個空罐子要先裝水,結果起跑前飲水機沒水,便放著先去跑。25圈時還用手接水喝了幾口,還好已經有水了。結果跑完終於可以好好喝水時,罐子卻不見了~還好旁邊的毛巾和鑰匙還在,只是誰會拿地上的空罐子啊?
今天不只衣褲全濕,連襪子都濕透了。這漫長的夏天該如何度過啊~
