首場海外馬就在細中起跑了,今日札幌的天氣很不穩定,一下子晴天,一下子又飄雨,起跑時氣溫17度,很舒服的跑馬溫度,細雨加側風吹拂時還會覺得冷,但可能這幾天的行程走很多,10K過後雙腿竟然開始有疲勞感,心裡想挫賽了,330的目標時間不知能不能達標,前段盡量維持4:50的配速,25K過後開始掉速,掉出5分配速,30K後天氣轉晴出太陽,只能咬牙撐住沒讓抽筋來亂,最後順利達標3:30完賽。
