賽前宣言: 加油
賽後評分: 天氣太熱了,水供應充足,水站大概有一百公尺長。日本人似乎把看馬拉松比賽當作一種休閒活動,全家大小自備椅子,坐在路邊觀賽。很多人準備茶水,噴劑,水果(原來北海道西瓜也很好吃),餅乾,鹽貽(這個不錯吃)給跑者。雖然官方食物補給不夠多,但是民間一路吃過去也夠了。參加單車跟路跑活動,受到滿滿的人群夾道歡迎,還是第一次。日本人氣氛的營造一流,不管是會場或是跑道,都可以感覺到日本人是真心歡迎這項活動的。
路線大概有20k的距離是沒有遮陰的,太陽大,跑起來很辛苦。
日本人喝完水,水杯丟得到處都是,被一堆跑者踩過後,變成滿地紙泥,不過主辦單位似乎早就有準備了,賽後清潔作的又快又好。
這次賽前準備沒跑過30k的長距離,再加上玩了五天才去跑步,腳都沒力了,跑的很淒慘。
