今天剛好適逢段考,不過原本星期四就沒有第八節所以可以提早離開學校。看了三分之一的"跑步該怎麼跑"最近剛好開始講到"姿勢跑法"的開頭,裡頭提到要用前腳掌的"蹠球部"去踏地,之後又要馬上彈起來,裡面有提到一個重點就是把地吸引力的位能轉變為動能,減少身體晃動所做的虛功。書上說專業跑者的上半身幾乎是不晃動的。所以我今天去跑的時候,刻意用"蹠球部"去踏地面,得到的效果是,小腿很快疲勞也許我還沒完全體會。跑去程時,有上坡而且覺得起跑時有比較慢,花了20分完成。折返回程時,有下坡而且覺得有跑比較快,僅僅只快了1分。總之,這段練習還沒突破自己的前次記錄,還需要再多加練習。
