為了下個月初鐵, 好一段時間都要同時練三項, 時間真是不夠用啊, 嗯...這個月跑步里程真的少的可憐, 為了月跑量不要太難看, 硬是要在月底趕一下進度補里程...賺個100K勳章^^
然後跑完跟大伙練核心團練~

ps. 今天穿許久沒穿的AR3, 鞋底太軟了, 左腳前腳掌不舒服, 看來我還是適合addidas較硬的鞋底系列....想要再來買一雙takumi了啦....
