晶片成績:03:29:21;前1天還在猶豫是否北上參賽...最後,還是開了業車上去,到達會場約莫凌晨3:30左右...把早上要用到的東西稍微整理摸到4點多..所幸在車上小憩一會兒;06:00醒來後著裝後到會場剩不到2分鐘..就只能在人群的最後面...熱身就稍微拉拉筋...前3km慢慢跑就當作是熱身吧再加上在最後面想快也快不起來..!加上睡不到1.5hr...就以完賽為目標吧!!!前半程有2/3幾乎都是逆風...心想回程應會好一點兒........結果,回程逆風少一些...沒啥順風...都怪自己想太多了......全程沒有用走的,成績也超乎自己賽前預期的....完賽後,發現仍有不足之處..再加油囉!!!
賽前宣言: 作為南橫100km的最後調整,希望能達低標!3:20
賽後評分: 競賽項目不同,分開起跑是個不錯的方法;只可惜,只做好一半....如果,全馬還可以再區分ABCD依實力再區分..可能會更好...昨天也有百馬團,可以考慮放在人群的最後面...補給水分海綿站完全比照國際標準...
