基本訓練,天氣轉涼跑起來不熱,流汗也很快乾,腳傷未癒總是跑得怕怕的,巧遇鳳慢昇哥聽聞在潮州有幫人打針可以足底筋膜炎三次就好的,覺得很心動,而且已經有3位跑友見證,又聽說寶源哥也說過OK,有醫師及跑友的推薦,想去試看看。
