週日跑完32公里長跑後,本來安排昨天10K,今天16K。結果週一起不來,直接跳過。今天先重啟核心訓練(蘇花馬之後就荒廢至今),然後再出門。起跑後,覺得腿還是有疲憊,果然還是不能小看32公里長跑!
