33~34k乳酸脹得大腿好難過,接著大腿開始斷斷續續小抽筋,37k甚至心裡升起了步兵的念頭,只好告訴自己現在放棄前面受的苦就烏有了,然後不管GPS手表因為配速掉出620的警示聲而慢慢的前進...
