跑步郊遊行好開心,墮落太久現在處於跑不快的階段~XD~不過能跑最重要~開心最重要~~跑感回來速度再慢慢練了~上禮拜新竹往南跑大甲,這禮拜挑戰超級無敵大逆風,往北跑,新竹桃園來回,再不小心抓一隻小超馬,新竹->西濱->永安漁港->白沙岬休憩區->桃園觀音市區->自行車道->永安漁港->自行車道->西濱->新竹
