前天跑完真是有點疲憊,今天就慢慢恢復跑。還好雙腿沒有嚴重酸痛,但是身體還是覺得有點虛,畢竟上週跑量增加太多了。
最近有點擔心貧血的問題,決定要多吃點補鐵的食物,其實平常就常喝黑豆粉,最近也吃了牛肉麵、維他命,今天更請老婆煮菠菜豬肝湯,他學阿基師先抓粉川燙,果然粉嫩甘甜,好吃極了~
