下午懶洋洋的睡午覺起來再去跑,天氣也很溫和涼爽,腳步自動就放慢下來,主要這週也累了,週末LSD就輕鬆慢慢跑吧。將近六分速感覺真是沒什麼訓練的效果,不過也不想搞得太累又要影響到下週的體力。
先下坡繞機場本來要去東專喝水,結果找不到,還好康樂國小有。再繞回來就有23k了。吃一包能量膠,不想跑到沒力不舒服,再去利嘉繞一圈就可以收工。真是休閒的一次長距離阿~
