寒流來襲這兩天胃口特別好,大吃大喝好像體力也恢復的比較快。起跑時只有腳跟比較痛,奇怪以前倒是很少痛這裡,還好還在可以忍受的範圍。
西康路其實跟其他路線比起來算是不好跑的,坡度較陡而且風大,要跑快不容易。不過我雖懶得跑山路至少還要練一點坡,速度方面其實要珍惜現在的冷天氣,等溫度熱起來就很難看到五字頭了吧。
