終於有時間練間歇跑,結果因為荒廢太久,速度完全催不上來,很像關山馬的場景,大部分的時間都在走路,偶爾跑一下,很快就喘到上氣不接下氣了。感覺今天比較像在跑LSD,喔不,是SSD,距離不長、速度不快、心率不穩、耐力不足的四不像~
習慣了跑第四道,每一圈多22M,5分速的話大約差12秒,所以每圈會比以前慢也算情有可原,只是後面完全無法維持,只求撐完全程就偷笑了。畢竟兩個月沒練速度了,要在夏天回復之前的狀態也很難,看來星光馬也只能穩穩跑,當作去見識大場面就好。
忍不住要再稱讚一下馬拉松世界的「跑操場」模式,對於練間歇跑真是方便,自動就會感應跑完一圈,每圈也會報時(雖然到後來我也不在意了),回來看詳細的計圈資料也可以檢討,這是連Runkeeper都比不上的先進功能啊~
