慘慘慘
13分速都跑的出來,真的是訓練過度了。不過沒關係,下週可以減量,可以喘一口氣~
最近睡覺常有陷到很深山谷裡的感覺,起床都很掙扎。今天中午吃火鍋一直狂拿料,老婆都說我怎麼那麼餓~然後下午狠睡3小時,差不多有補足了。車票、住宿也接洽好了,雖然體能狀況不好,還是要快樂的去跑。
