中午喝喜酒,吃太飽,跑跑運動一下,但吃太多果真造成負擔,所以只能輕鬆跑,到最後一圈感覺前腳掌怪怪的,本想加碼到26k只好22k就收工,因為下星期就要跑桃園馬,如果腳受傷破皮,那下星期也就不用跑了,只好小心一點,跑完看一下腳底還好沒事,可能和穿的襪子有關係,所以下次跑半馬以上得要多注意啦。
