因為今天提早一個小時上班所以也稍微早一點下班,在公司的時候又看見群貓亂跑真的是有點捶心肝的遺憾,沒關係回家之後再來跑個過癮,回到家稍微拖了一下時間三點多才出門跑步,今天要跑多少呢?就不求速度慢慢來個21公里吧,最近突然喜歡穿短袖車衣搭配長袖機能衣,下半身內搭褲配短褲的裝扮,這樣就多了三個口袋可以放東西,能量棒、能量包甚至隨身雨衣或者其他東西感覺很方便啦,今天跑步的狀態還不錯天氣涼爽也不容易出汗,還有久違的陽光相伴,閉關了很久的太陽眼鏡終於再度派上用場,不過剛起跑的時候感覺還是不對,抬腳的動作不順暢,跑起來卡卡的,但是速度感倒是稍微可以掌握,今天的河濱公園人好多,騎車的、跑步的、、談戀愛散步的、全家出遊的,還好我我是跑步比較不用跟人家擠來擠去,跑到馬場町再往前挺進1公里後折返,回到家湊滿21公里意思到了就可以休息,今天跑步左腳前脛骨的部分有點緊緊稍微痛痛的感覺,還好沒有太嚴重,改天再找文彥教練修理一下看看囉。
