星期六要上班真是痛苦,晚上捨棄洗禮會回家跑,再累也要撐過這兩週。
今天濕冷很好跑,雖然起跑就晚了還是想跑多一點。黑豆越來越強,途中幾次叫他喝水都不為所動,而且他自尊心很強,地上的積水他還不喝。直到14k多才第一次喝,還是我彎腰捧水給他才要喝的。
今天終於捨得吃一包能量膠了,果然迅速補充體力,平常就應該多吃的。
原本還想繞一段河堤,結果以為里程夠了就沒跑,奇怪身體會騙大腦去偷懶,不可不慎啊!
