又是一次天馬行空的念頭閃過,慶幸自己還保有説走就走的傻勁,之前讓夥伴們保護的太好,感覺喪失了一個人出發的勇氣,也不知道自己現在的狀況行不行,凡事都得試過才知道,今天不出門也不知道自己還有跑山的能力,還好烏來的坡度算溫柔,沒有一舉摧毀我僅存的信心,也可以維持一定的速度前進,一個下午跟跑步的約會,完成了預設的目標也累到併軌,希望今天只是個開始,期待可以慢慢找回那個可以獨立作業的自己。
