謝謝老天爺給我一個爽爽的天氣,順利完成我的初全馬,跑到30k我的腳真的不聽使喚的一直抖,只能邊跑變走,是傳說中的撞牆期嗎?到了40k自己一直跟自己喊話加油,快到了,說真的有點跑不下去了,腳真的不行了,越來越痛了,最後報數一二,一二的慢慢的跑完。
