賽前宣言: 希望在30公里後不要中箭落馬
賽後評分: 天氣不錯,無風,雖然中途有出太陽,但最後10KM太陽又害羞不敢見人了。\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n C區起跑,過拱門已經1分鐘,再加上人擠人,根本追不上330列車,一路以445左右前進,溫度還滿適宜的,為了追330列車,感覺平常都沒流這麼多汗,但今天感覺背部汗已濕透,345列車約6至7公里左右已追過,但怎樣還是看不到330,直到約17公里才遠遠看到330氣球,快到折返點時,聽到跟在330列車的學長喊出,尉益,跨出腳步,直到25K左右才追上學長,本來想說一起跑就好,但學長說去追330,只好咬著牙繼續前進,但怎麼也追不上,他們的車開好快,只能盡量跟住氣球在看得見的範圍,33KM後就是痛苦的開始,麥當勞坡首先上場,看著旁邊速度原棄比我快,但開始行走的跑者,內心的小惡魔就跑出來了,跑那麼辛苦幹嘛,用走得不是很好嗎?4個半月、18週的練習,可不是來這裏放棄的,跑不到配速還是得撐下去,但獅頭山又來,一路上上下下,在這段過程中左右大腿各抽一次,都停下來拉筋,速度已經掉到5分多速了,想提速,不僅力氣沒了,連雙腿也以再次抽筋前兆來抗議,37.5KM吞下最後的能量膠和鹽錠,看看手錶,大會時間是進不了330了,晶片時間倒是還有一搏的機會,經過了最後一個上坡的尾端全家超商,僅剩最後的4K,只能在不抽筋的前提下奮力前進應該可以達陣,進入最後的隧道,不停看錶,不停咒罵怎麼還沒到,終於隧道出現一道光明,剩200公尺啦,要結束了,雙腳已經快抬不起來,別人還能加速衝線,我能維特住就萬幸了,但辛苦有了代價,330晶片時間到手。剛好掛牌明星換手,跟黃沐妍擊掌,再給田中千繪掛牌,完成這歷時4個半月的精采過程。\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n
