這次的72公里真的是粉累人呢!從一開始伸手不見五指,跟著人潮,滿天星斗好漂亮,還有碰到從新加坡來參加的選手,但是夜間的補給不是很好,一直跑折返點到看到日出,好漂亮真是不虛此行,回程太陽公公開始發揮它的威力,更不幸的是我在22-25k 處竟然撞到膝蓋,只好連滾帶爬的一路當跛豪回到終點,唯一可以欣慰的是,白天補給明顯變好讓我吃得好高興,最後的3-5公里艷陽高照馬路上都沒有遮陰處,跑1公里多就必須淋水降溫,最後通過終點時突然覺得好高興喔,我終於在時間內完成了 賽前宣言: 初次的超馬就參加72K 挑戰自我 超越顛峰 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
