賽後恢復跑,這次比賽算是舒服,恢復起來就沒那麼痛苦,還可以來到五分半以下。尤其晚上涼風吹來,真是舒服。不過身體還是虛虛的,不要太勉強,也不要太刺激我的腳底啊~
