第四馬,這場是有跟公司同事賭下午茶的,所以要認真點跑....所以一開始也沒看手錶,就跟著人群跑....心想著..只要順順跑..應該可以有不錯的成績....來到第一個上坡...用平時練的小步伐及加快步頻前進....所以一路上都沒有走.....但跑的時候總覺得左腳沒什麼力.....可能是上一場的傷害還存在...果然..就這樣子上上下下的....到了..26K後...開始發作了....左腳變的沒辦法正常跑...只好停下來....休息拉拉..但是..這不是抽筋...是有點關節卡卡的感覺....到了...30K後...跑到竹科園區內...當時..超想棄賽直接跑回家......要不是答應了賭局...要不然..應該是直接棄賽了....後來想說...那就放慢速度....用著一跛一跛的姿勢慢慢的跑.....跑到休息站...就按摩一下....吃個東西再出發....最後的15公里..真是痛苦.....只求完賽了....到了最後一個補給站..遇到公司的B哥....他在最後的4K當補約站的志工.....看到認識的格外的興奮~~B哥也問我要不要喝點什麼...念了一堆..最後有聽到蠻牛.....剛好我的狀況需要補一下...就喝了一瓶再上....感謝B哥的私補.....最後的3K...遇到同公司的...他說..430有機會哦...如果可以的話...可以加點速....上次的觀音馬5小時沒守住就很難過了....再怎麼樣有人帶..也要把他拚完....就這樣子..最後3K聊天跑完...430守住..
