不知為何打混了很久,去買飯糰,又去書店買了幾本初學路跑的書來鼓勵老婆,然後再悠哉悠哉的去跑步。無論如何還是要跑,還好今天沒像昨天那麼掙扎了。
傍晚更新了馬拉松世界,今天繞操場濟圈終於恢復正常了。每一圈都穩定的報時,我可以安心的跑,感覺放心多了。
