今天攻克日本第一城「姬路城」,繼富士山與東京馬之後,再一次的日本No.1。
腿傷沒有完全OK,依然採取保守策略,不敢跑太快,一路上與蘇西一起吃吃喝喝,享受日本古城的盛宴。賽道旁不僅有熱情的應援團,用中文跟我說「台灣加油」;補給也是非常的豐盛,不僅可以隨便吃,還可以打包帶走。一場全馬跑下來,體重可以暴增2公斤,誰說跑步會變瘦的?屁!!!最後關門前回來,順利完成日本初連馬。
這場賽事路大條地形平穩,人數也不多,天氣涼爽,跑起來非常舒服,很適合破PB。缺點是補給會吃到撐吃到怕,而且非常好玩,一不小心會被關門。完賽獎牌很特別,是請製作姬路城的瓦片工廠光洋治瓦手工製作,非常具有巧思。可以看得出主辦單位的用心。
