這幾天累積的酸痛,加上明天要去LSD,今天就輕鬆緩和跑吧。前面12圈真的放很鬆,等到差不多身體熱起來才驚覺平均每圈將近3分鐘,好像又太混了一點。好吧接下來還是稍微加速,拉回一點均速。
因為目標只跑30圈,就不中途喝水了,反正天氣冷也不太口渴。跑到後來有義警女中隊在司令台前練習,佔據了內道四個跑道,動作還滿俐落有勁的。趕緊跑完,喝口水再緩和跑二圈,然後到門口看女義警指揮交通~
