1.原本報名南橫120k組,去年11月受傷後退掉,上週跑友詢問轉讓60k組,評估狀況,可當作假日LSD,就接了;結果一週前練習間歇拉傷右大腿股四頭肌,停了一週,只好硬著頭皮上,見機行事。
2.開跑不久,右大腿就蠢蠢欲動,7分多速順順跑,維持十幾k,感覺狀況還可;20k進入南橫公路後,雙腳好沉重,高雄馬後沒什麼練習,果然顯現出來,已不是靠老本能應付的,開始步兵模式,上坡走、平路下坡緩跑,一路慢慢凸上去。
3.練習不足+傷勢未痊癒+非自己名字,以無傷完賽為最高原則,上坡就放給它了,過折返點再慢慢補回來;去年一直到利稻都可全程跑起來,今年舉步維艱,真是慘,回去要好好規劃練習,不然年底的重點賽事不妙。
4.整體而言,體能沒衰退太多,雙腳肌力、耐力嚴重不足;整段路留意、調整跑姿,回到終點雖然小鐵腿但沒受傷,休息一天後雙腳狀況還ok,這是還算滿意的部分,回家繼續練習囉~
