Race day was a bit cold at the start but warmed up later. It is a flat course but was disappointed about the roads. Many parts of the road was in not good condition at all and had holes and broken pieces so you had to be very careful were you run. Saw many runner trip up and fall. Not as nice as Berlin or Tokyo. On the other side the crowd was great and very enthusiastic for sure. Was very well organized as well. But you can tell the city is short on money as the roads are very bad.
