效率 = 划手數 + 時間(秒) 苗栗turtlest 苗栗turtlest 第一次參加長泳,有了幾次自主海泳的開放水域練習,對開放水域的恐懼算是降低許多了,而且規定要背浮標,所以更放心了。但在折返點前總共遭遇三次的無影蛙腿攻擊後,就開始游得戰戰兢兢的,中途蛙鏡也被蛙手撥鬆進水,看看離岸邊不遠,索性游到岸邊調整蛙鏡。後來乾脆游得離主要路線遠遠的,且不時的抬頭定位,最後總算全身而退,順利完賽。看來長泳最恐怖的不是開放水域的恐懼,而是蛙群! 賽前宣言: 第一次參加長泳,平安完賽最重要! 賽後評分: 贈品不錯且豐富! 給 4 星 8月累積里程 : 31.00 km MW Watch 上傳 | 7 years ago |
