今天天氣冷,所以一開始就慢慢跑,前14公里一直維持在5分速,在第10圈(12.38公里停下來補充水份及休息1分鐘),最後想說快速跑1圈湊15公里結束,跑完1圈後還不太過癮,於是又衝了2圈,腳終於有點酸了,也追回了一點時間,還差2公里就半馬了,所以又補上2圈,總共跑了17圈完成今天的練習。
